Refund policy

You can return or exchange any products bought from us.

All you need to do is:

• Return it within 30 days of delivery
• Return it unused and accompanied by a copy of our sales invoice, in the original shipping box

Please note personalised items and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

International  If you are returning your product from outside Kenya:

• Return shipping for any other reason is at the cost of the customer.

Any refund/exchange process is initiated immediately upon receipt of the returned product.
