Shipping policy

Kenya  If you live in Kenya we will ship to you free of charge if over 10,000 in value. Otherwise within Nairobi it is kshs 500.00 and upcountry kshs 800.00.

International   If you live outside Kenya the shipping cost is determined by the size/volumetric weight of your order and where it is being sent.

We use DHL/FEDEX for all our international shipping because we feel they offer the fastest and most consistently reliable service from Kenya to the rest of the world.  We can also post through the Post Office on unbreakable items.  Please ask us for a quote and your preferred method of shipping.
